Q: What materials are the bags made of?

A: For Oxford fabric: polyester/nylon/PVC/TPE/TPU/RPET/oilcloth/non-woven/PU/leather, or you can provide the desired material.

For canvas: 4oz/6oz/8oz/10oz/12oz/16oz/20oz (cotton/poly-cotton/polyester), and so on.

Q: Where do most of your clients come from?

Q: Can you send me some samples? And the cost?

A: Certainly, stock samples are free, and you only need to bear the shipping cost. Please provide your courier account to our sales team. Please send us a customized sample inquiry form. The lead time for samples is 3 days.

Q: All material are non-toxic, PVC free, BPA free, phthalate, and lead free (UL #B80321985, 12/5/2019) materials?

A: Yes, all material are non-toxic, we'll send you the product report when you inquiry.

Q: Is it possible to clean the fabric outside the bag? How?

A: Spray the outside fabric with a diluted essential oil cleaner that's all natural. Let it sit for a minute or two, then wipe it down.

CUSTOM PROCESS

1. Pre-sales consultation

Please send us the style, size (high width side), quantity, product, color and printed content of the customized product.

2. Design layout

After confirming the quotation, if you need layout design, please take the payment first, or pay a part of the deposit. Because there are a lot of customers who need to typeset, there are many people who don't make products after typesetting. I hope that you can understand us, we will directly reduce the amount of money.

3. Start ordering

Confirm the design, please pay, confirm the previous production and production process, material, quantity, and other requirements, we can; start production.

4. Production customization

Due to the difference in quantity and process, the time of delivery will vary, usually around 7 days.

5. Delivery

After the production is completed, pay the full amount and send it directly.
